A natural intuitive empath, my conscious spiritual quest to discover who I really am and why I am here began in my teens. Over the years I read, studied, awakened, and became certified in variety of healing modalities.

In 2003 I became conscious of the non-physical guidance I had been receiving all my life.

In 2016 I began connecting to higher consciousness through drawing, inspired writing, and light language.

In 2018 a beloved Ascended Master stepped forth to answer my many questions and I started transcribing our conversations and direct communication on a wide variety of topics.

What came next was an introduction to my own higher self and my own inner guidance. This relationship and resulting embodied consciousness continues to unfold and blossom.
